  As of this writing, this particular Godfather's location has two bad reviews on Yelp - one from early 2017 and one from mid-to-late 2016 (1 star each).  I cannot speak to the location prior to January 2017, but I have not had any complaints since we started visiting.  
  
  My wife and I (and sometimes the offspring, when he's not in school) visit about once per month, maybe once every 6 weeks, always at lunchtime (lunch buffet).  We have never had any problems with the service selection (see following note), or cleanliness (i.e. the overall cleanliness, not a dirty table or two that haven't been cleaned off yet).  
  
  Lisa, the assistant manager, is always very courteous and accommodating; in other words, she exhibits good customer service - something that's missing in too many businesses these days.  Treating the customer right goes a very long way in my opinion, and I take note of it  (and I take note of pleasant, respectful children who stand out like a beacon in the sea of beastly brats that I too often see in public...just a side note). In fact, Lisa always asks us if there is any particular pizza we would like out on the buffet line, and lets us know as soon as it's ready. She's apologetic when things are going slowly. She's probably overworked, but she's always working and pleasant.
  
  I prefer New York style pizza - the kind of place where you walk up to the counter and they have 6, 12, or 18 pizzas already cooked and you order by the slice, then they throw it in an oven for a minute or two.  THAT SAID, this Godfather's is always pretty good, and I can't find anything to complain about. I wrote a review about another Godfather's location in Omaha that frankly sucked in every dimension. I won't ever go back to the sucky Godfather's, but I'm going to keep coming back to this one.

  We seem to always have trouble with this location. We have been Godfather's customers for over 30 years and in general you know what you're getting with this chain. With this location you will receive sloppy, unapologetically bad customer service. We placed a delivery order last week through the online system and noticed right away that it said carry out, so we called to correct the issue. While I was on the phone they called us to say it looked like the order was meant to be delivery (something about a new computer system), we confirmed, were told it was corrected and pizza was on the way. Fast forward one hour 30 mins, no pizza. We call again to check on the order status, pizza has been sitting in the window for an hour. We explain the earlier phone call and are told a new pizza can be sent out in an hour (it is now after 8:00, and we have small children) no apology, no offers to make it right in any way. Stay away from this location at all costs!!

  I grew up eating Godfathers pizza I absolutely loved it, it was my favorite pizza place. I moved away after college and we didn't have a Godfather's where I moved so whenever I came back to visit I always came to Godfathers to get some pizza. I moved back a few years ago and one of the first things I did when I got back was order some Godfathers pizza.
       First thing I noticed is how much more expensive it is now than it use to be. I thought maybe it was just me until I saw another reviewer mention the price as well. Not only are they much more expensive than their peers, depending on the location the prices vary wildly between Godfathers. I started looking at stores outside of Omaha in Nebraska, Iowa and Kansas and almost all of them were cheaper than the Omaha locations by a good margin. The widest margin was 8,70 for a large classic combo in Omaha you're going to pay 24.60 two locations I found in Iowa charge 15.99 and 16.99.
       That's a pretty big difference in price and one I am not willing to pay. At a certain point it's the principle of being charged 35% more for the privilege of living in Omaha. On top of all of that the pizza taste different and not in a good way! I am sure they are using different ingredients or formula (e.g. crust) to save a few bucks and thought we wouldn't notice. Well I noticed Godfathers and it's very disappointing
       Godfathers is like an over the hill blonde who use to be really hot back in the day but the miles are starting to show and she's unaware of it. She thinks she can wear the same clothing she use to wear when she was younger or go to clubs and refuses to accept she's not as young as she use to be. She gets drunk and demands to be the center of attention telling people "No, no, you don't understand I look young enough to be my daughters sister" and people around her politely nod ignoring her crows feet and split ends hoping it will shut her up.
      I really like you Godfathers and I wish things were different, I really wanted this to work but it's not me, it's you. Until you get your act together and at the very least charge reasonable prices in relation to what you're selling it's over.

  We tried carry out from this location last night.  The cheese sticks with bacon were good.  The BBQ chicken pizza was solid, as was the all meat combo.  Our pepperoni pizza was fine - nothing special.  Our food was as ordered and no problems.  Will order from here again.

  Man, if you don't have Godfathers where you are - this is a must. Great food. Definitely my favorite pizza chain. Their combo blows anyone else's specialty away. Can't go wrong!
